Caroling Christmas Concerts
The Smithfield High School Choraliers, directed by Mrs. Katie West, is an auditioned ensemble of talented singers. Together they perform predominantly a cappella pieces spanning from ancient times to the present for community and school audiences in addition to choral competitions. This diverse group of students are skilled in blending and balancing their voices to create rich harmonies that delight both young and old.
They have performed the National Anthem for the Peninsula Pilots in addition to other community outreach events such as the Smithfield National Night Out, the Out of the Darkness walk for suicide prevention awareness, the Isle of Wight Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremonies, and the Smithfield Mistletoe Marketplace, among others.
